If you are building any type of business on the internet, a self-hosted WordPress blog is not an option in my opinion.

Being in total control of your content and not having to worry about your blog getting shutdown like social media accounts should be enough to get you moving to setup your own blog.

My advice is to go self-hosted. With self-hosting, you own your domain and upload the theme of your choice. In addition, you’re able to customise your blog/website the way you like it, monetise it and enjoy security with the SSL certificate. Thanks, Emily.
